"Conversations That Connect Us"
Training can be conducted in-person (your facility or ours) or live virtual session
Each of us brings something unique into the room. We’re all shaped by the environments we grew up in, the experiences we’ve lived through, and the influences—both subtle and strong—that have helped form our beliefs, our values, and even our quick reactions to people and situations.
Sometimes those reactions are misunderstood by others, especially when they don’t know our story. And the truth is—we often don’t know theirs either.
That’s why introspection is such an important part of this process. This training isn’t just about understanding others—it's also about understanding ourselves. When we take a moment to reflect on why we respond the way we do, and what shaped those responses, we begin to uncover where our beliefs, biases, and filters come from.
As facilitators, our goal is to create a safe and respectful learning environment where vulnerability is welcomed, not judged. That means the more open we are to listening and sharing—even when it feels a little uncomfortable—the more meaningful and impactful this experience will be.
Over the course of this training, you’ll take part in three small-group breakout conversations. These aren’t just activities—they’re opportunities to connect through shared stories, uncover similarities, and begin to understand our differences without judgment.
